Stoke upon Trent. The Hotel and Restaurant complex is looking to recruit an experienced Sous chef to support the Head Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen.
- Experience in Hotels at Senior level
- Experience of High Volume required
- Managing the team in the Head chefs absence
- Enforcing high levels of hygiene and health and safety
- Experience In Hotels and Kitchen Management
In return for your Chef Skills and experience, the client is offering a salary of £27,000 per annum and 28 days of annual holiday. There is proven great speed of progression within the company for the right individual. Very attractive company benefits
