A Chef de Partie is required for a permanent contract working within a highly established kitchen near Birmingham. My client is looking for a Chef de Partie who has a good background in high volume.
You will be working for a high end Contract Catering who’s philosophy is fresh and locally sourced food. You will be working at a property that has 500 staff. You will serve around 100 for breakfast and lunch where it will be busy for just 10 minutes and then its clear.
You will get Friday, Saturday and Sundays off.
You will be working a shift pattern of 7am – 3:30am Monday – Thursday which means you will have weekends off.
You will be paid a competitive rate of £8.50 – £9.00 per hour based on experience.

As Chef de Partie you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –
– Professional Chef experience preferably in a high end or Rosette kitchen, but not essential as long as you have fresh food experience.
– Creativity and idea’s towards the industry
– Driving licence and own transport would be advantageous
– Passion and determination is a key characteristic for this role.
The Chef de Partie role will be responsible for and involved the following: –
– Carrying out Chef de Partie duties in a professional and credible manner.
– Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.
– Ensuring the kitchen functions within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.
– If wanted, you could have an input on the menus with our own outstanding ideas
