Chef De Partie – Fresh Food Coastal Hotel
I am currently recruiting for a Live in Chef De Partie for Beautiful Coastal Hotel in Pembrokeshire. My high profile client is one of the best and are pushing looking for strong Chef de Parties to strengthen their team.
As a Chef de Partie, you will offer the following experience and skills
- Professional Chef Experience preferably in a Fresh food Restaurant
- Understanding of seasonal produce
- The ability to use real fresh food
- Passion and determination
- The ability to work in high pressure kitchens
The Chef de Partie role will be responsible for and involved with the following: –
- Carrying out Chef de Partie duties in a professional and credible manner.
- Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.
- Ensuring the kitchen functions within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.
My client is offering the successful Chef de Partie a salary of up to £25,000 pa with private live in provided. You will work 5 out of 7 days.
