Chef De Partie – my client are looking for a Live in Chef De Partie to join their award winning One Rosette Gastro Pub in the Lake District. This is their first Gastro Pub with sites 2 and 3 opening in the next 12 months.

The ideal Chef De Partie will have experience working with Rosette standard food, thrive on working in a fast paced environment and have the desire to grow with this very exciting Gastro Pub Company.

Some of the Chef De Parties responsibilities will include:
• Working across all sections
• Prep for lunch and dinner service
• Maintain a clean and organised section

This beautiful One Rosette Gastro Pub attracts visitors from Nationwide. They operate a 100 seat a la carte restaurant with regular events including weddings, parties, meetings and many more. They have great expansion plans with sites 2 and 3 opening in the next 12 months.
