Chef De Partie – I am currently recruiting for a Live in Chef De Partie for a 1 Michelin Star, 3 Rosette Boutique Hotel in Cornwall. My high profile client is one of the best and are based in their own private cove overlooking the beach front.

The ideal Chef De Partie will have experience working in a similar style business, thrive on working in a fast paced environment and have passion for the industry. You must be willing to live in.

Some of the Chef De Parties responsibilities will include:
• Working across all sections
• Prep for lunch and dinner service
• Maintain a clean and organised section

My clients are offering salaries of up to £19,000 pa with private live in provided. The restaurant is closed for 2 months of the year from December 6th.
My client is one of the best restaurants out there with 1 Michelin star and 3 Rosettes. The restaurant is in a beautiful coastal boutique hotel with stunning views of the coastline. They operate a 40 seat restaurant for lunch and dinner service.
