A 2 rosette restaurant is looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie. This is a site that is pushing for its third rosette and a Michelin Star. This is a very settled team with a Head chef who has years of experience working in Michelin Stared properties. The salary is 20k plus with great live in.

The Pastry Chef de Partie will be responsible for and involve the following: –

• Working closely with the Head Pastry Chef
• Running the section on The Head Pastry Chefs day off
• Serving desserts to both the restaurant and afternoon teas.
• Working as a part of a strong team.

To succeed in this role, the Chef de Partie must have the following attributes: –

• Creativity and ideas.
• Passion and determination.
