Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Sous chef in their beautiful Gastro Pub which is looking to recruit a Sous Chef too support the head chef in the day to day running of the kitchen and to join a friendly kitchen team. All of the food is freshly prepared on site working with the freshest of ingredients.
Ability to Handle Large Volumes
Excellent Communication and Organisation Skills
Former experience at Sous Chef level and High Volume Essential
Training new team members
Up keeping of the already high levels of hygiene and health and safety
My client is offering a fantastic £30,000 per annum +£5,000 in tips
Current Senior Sous or Head Chef ideal
This bustling Gastro Pub can do up to 500 covers in the restaurant and bar area. Our client is very busy for both lunch and dinner service and is closed on a Sunday evening. The large Kitchen brigade is looking for a strong Sous Chef to support the kitchen.
