This superb Member’ club now requires an experienced Sous Chef to run and progress their 7 day operation. With a team of 15 chefs, Assisting the chef to manage  Fine dining, Brasserie and Banqueting operations to high company standards. The right candidate will need to be financially savvy, organised as well as an excellent cook.

 

You will have the opportunity to be creative assisting the Head chef with menus in an already prestigious Venue within an excellent company and great career progression.

For this Sous Chef role you will need to have the following experience

  • Health, Safety and food management
  • Excellent cookery skills
  • Good Man management Skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Events and fine dining experience
  • A great work ethic

 

As Sous Chef, you will be responsible for:

  • Competently running the kitchen during the Head Chef’s absence
  • Preparing and cooking high quality food in a timely fashion.
  • Working with fresh produce and taking great pride in using local and sustainable produce.
  • Health, Food and safety management
