One of the best Gastro Pubs in the area is looking for a Junior Sous Chef. All the food is fresh and locally sourced where possible. You also get every Sunday night off! The package is worth up £25,000. This is a very settled team so you will be given loads of training as well!!

 

As Sous Chef, you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –

  • Proven ability in a similar environment
  • Able to show a nurturing side to bring on Junior Chefs
  • Menu development.
  • Maintain relationship with senior management.

The Sous Chef role will be responsible for and involve the following: –

  • Carrying out Chef Duties in a professional and credible manner.
  • Operation and management of the kitchen.
  • Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.
  • Ensuring the kitchen functions within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.
  • Dealing with suppliers and ordering.
  • Developing your skills further and showing flair
