My Client is a very popular City Centre Restaurant. Very popular for both lunch and dinner service the City Centre Restaurant is well-established and searching for a solid Sous Chef who can provide a real backbone to a very friendly kitchen team.
This a great role with a very competitive salary for an energetic chef ideal for a current Sous Chef or a current Junior Sous Chef looking for the next step. You will have great company benefits included. Previous experience in a fast paced fresh food operation is essential.
The Sous Chef role will be responsible for and involve the following:-
– Ensuring that all food produced is consistent and to the very highest standards.
– Ensuring that all Health & Safety requirements are met with support from the Head Chef
– Training of new team members
– Supporting the Head Chef in the efficient day to day running of the kitchen
In return for your Chef Skills and experience, the client is offering a salary of 25k. This is a great chance to earn a competitive salary while gaining further experience in a fresh food catering
