This high quality busy pub is looking for a strong versatile Sous Chef to join their small but well organised team, to help maintain standards and speed of services.

This is a modern pub which is well respected in the area and would suit a Sous Chef who is experienced, friendly and happy to work in a busy environment.

Highlights of the role

  • Full time contract with negotiable Salary dependant on experience.
  • 48 hours max.

As a Sous Chef, you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience and ability and longevity within a similar environment.
  • Health and food safety experience is essential
  • Experience in Stock control and ordering
  • Maintaining relationship with senior management and the team.
  • Management experience

The Sous Chef Role will be responsible for and involved the following: –

  • Carrying out duties in a professional and credible manner.
  • Monitoring and maintaining the standard of the food produced.
  • Ensuring the kitchen functions within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.
  • Managing the team.
