This hotel Boasts 2 new open plan kitchens with quality modern equipment and there is plenty of scope for career progression within the company itself.

 

The Head Chef will need to be experienced in running all aspects of a hotel operation, full understanding of financials health, safety and excellent cookery skills with the ability to lead by example.

As Head Chef, you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –

  • Proven ability in a similar environment with a high turnover and large brigade.
  • The ability to manage, retain and nurture a team.
  • Menu development to create profitable and creative menus.
  • Quality driven and passionate
  • A friendly and calm nature in which to be client facing

 

The Head Chef role will be responsible for and involve the following: –

  • Carrying out Chef and Management duties in a professional and credible manner.
  • Operation and management of the kitchen.
  • Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.
  • Ensuring the kitchen functions within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.
