A 1 rosette hotel in the heart of the Cotswolds is looking for a Chef de Partie to help push the hotel forward. This is a busy and high quality hotel where all the food is freash and there are no branded menus. You will also only be working 4 days a week. The salary begins at £18,000.

As a Chef de Partie, you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –
• Professional Chef Experience preferably in a Rosette kitchen, but not essential as long as you have fresh food experience.
• Proven knife skills.
• Creativity and idea’s towards the industry.
• Passion and determination is a key characteristic for this role.

The Chef de Partie role will be responsible for and involve the following: –
• Carrying out responsibilities in a professional and credible manner.
• Operation of a section and meeting all standards set by the Head Chef.
• Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.
• Experience managing a variety of sections is vital.

In return for being a Chef de Partie in this wonderful establishment, the client is offering a base salary between £18000 and £18500 in addition to other benefits.
