Chef de Partie -Luxury Brasserie Restaurant -Live In West Midlands

A Chef de Partie is required for an award winning Brasserie near Leamington. Working in a team of 7 chefs you will be the final link. All the food is locally sourced and fresh and the Head Chef will ask for input into the seasonal menus.

The Head Chef is a big believer in seeing where the produce comes from so expect sites visits to local farms and butchers and also trips down to Cornwall to see where the hand caught scallops come from. If this is the sort of place you want to work then apply.

This role is extremely close to Coventry, Warwick, Leamington Spa, Stratford upon Avon and Kenilworth.

As Chef de Partie you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –

– Professional Chef experience preferably in a high end or Rosette kitchen, but not essential as long as you have fresh food experience.

– Creativity and idea’s towards the industry

– Driving licence and own transport would be advantageous, but not essential.

– Passion and determination is a key characteristic for this role.

The Chef de Partie role will be responsible for and involved the following: –

– Carrying out Junior Sous duties in a professional and credible manner.

– Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.

– Ensuring the kitchen functions within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.

– If wanted, you could have an input on the menus with our own outstanding ideas
