This Beautiful Gastro Pub is looking for a talented and personable Sous Chef to join their friendly team and experienced team. Working in this excellent kitchen you will be producing classic British and European cuisine with a modern twist, with all the latest modern kitchen equipment at hand.
With a small team of chefs, led by a very talented Head Chef, this restaurant has the perfect opportunity to have a mix of cooking excellent fresh food locally sourced where possible, producing some of the best restaurant dishes in the area.
As a Sous Chef, you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –
- Extensive knowledge of seasonal and fresh food.
- Demonstrate a real love and passion for creating food at the highest level with a desire to learn.
- A strong work ethic
- Understanding and practice of food safety
- Some Rosette Experience
- Ability to consistently produce high level dishes
