As the Restaurant Floor Manager you will
- Effective management of the floor ensuring the team are fully trained in all aspects of the restaurant and each service runs efficiently.
- Effectively run the restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
- Ensure excellent levels of internal and external customer relations.
- Ensure all guests receive the highest level of service
- Ensuring compliance with all fire, licensing and employment regulations
The ideal Restaurant Floor Manager candidates will:
- Have previous experience as a floor manager in a rosette or Michelin property.
- Be comfortable in a high volume restaurant
- The ability to motivate a large team
- Have a passion for high quality food.
- Genuine passion to offer the best customer service possible
