An exciting opportunity has come for an Assistant Manager to join a popular modern Asian fusion restaurant in Birmingham. Our client is well known for its exotic flavours, contemporary yet traditional ambience and high standard of personalised service.

.As the Assistant Manager you will:

• Responsible for the day to day running of the restaurant.
• Train and develop your team.
• Improve standards and grow sales.
• Ensure excellent levels of internal and external customer relations.
• Ensure all guests receive the highest level of service.
• Work hand in hand with kitchen to deliver a high end food product.
• Ensuring compliance with all fire, licensing and employment regulations.

The ideal Assistant Manager candidates will:

• Have previous experience at atleast a supervisory level
• Be able to deliver high standards on a day to day basis.
• Great team motivator.
• Have a passion for the service industry.
• Genuine passion to offer the best customer service possible

As Assistant Manager you will:

• Receive a salary – £20000/£22000
