This is a fantastic hotel with a brilliant head chef. He will give the Chef de Partie as much knowledge as possible. You don’t need to have worked in a restaurant with rosettes before but a fresh food background is a must!!

The Chef de Partie role will be responsible for and involve the following: –
- Carrying out responsibilities in a professional and credible manner.
- Operation of a section and meeting all standards set by the Head Chef.
- Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.
- Experience in a fresh food environment is essential.
In return for being a Chef de Partie in this wonderful establishment, the client is offering a base salary between £18000 and £18500 in addition to other benefits.
