The Sous Chef role will be responsible for and involve the following:-
– Ensuring that all food produced is consistent and to the very highest standards.
– Ensuring that all Health & Safety requirements are met with support from the Head Chef
In return for your Chef Skills and experience, the client is offering a salary of 30k plus benefits pa. This is a great chance to earn a competitive salary while gaining further experience in a high end catering operation.
