This particular hotel exemplifies elegance and sophistication. The restaurant offers a relaxed yet contemporary environment with 2AA Rosettes awarded for its fine cuisine. The Hotels offers private dining facilities and 22 individually style rooms that are full of character.

 

As the General Manager:

 

  • Manage and deliver the financial performance of the Hotel.
  • Optimise profit potential through maximising sales, revenue and distribution activity.
  • Lead, inspire and develop team to achieve hotel targets.
  • Ensure excellent levels of internal and external customer relations.
  • Ensure all guests receive the highest level of service possible, reflecting the company standards.
  • Ensure all statutory regulations are adhered to.

 

The ideal General Manager candidates will:

  • Previous General Manager experience preferred.
  • 2 AA Rosette Restaurant Manager experience.
  • Strong F&B background.
  • Rooms revenue experience.
  • Experience of working in a similar property.

 

As General Manager  you will receive:

 

  • Receive a salary – £32000 plus a fantastic bonus scheme
