A strong Chef De Partie to join a luxury hotel and fantastic restaurant in SE London. The kitchen produce modern British food using fresh seasonal produce from the best suppliers in the market.

As Chef De Partie you’ll be expected to be able to run a section and produce food that meet the high standards of the Head Chef and the Sous Chef. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for the development of the junior member of the team, and will be expected to teach the junior members of the team.

There is great potential growth for the Chef De Partie as the Head Chef believes in promoting from within and spends a great deal of time to developing his chefs.

The Chef De Partie will be working 5 out of 7 days. The Chef De Partie will be joining a tight well established team.

In return for your Chef De Partie Skills and experience, the client is offering an annually pay rate of £18000-£20000 per annum. This is an excellent opportunity to further test your skills and experience in a quality food establishment whilst earning good money given the hours on offer.
