As Bar Supervisor you will:
- Assist the Bar Manager in effective & smooth running of the Hotel Bar.
- Asses team development needs and train staff accordingly
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages according to company standards.
- Manage and rota staff according to business demands.
- Monitor cleanliness and hygiene.
- To ensure accurate stocktakes are carried out in accordance to company policies.
- Ensuring compliance with all fire, licensing and employment regulations
The ideal Bar Supervisor candidates will:
- Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills, be highly organised, passionate and self-motivated.
- A natural ability to understand guests needs.
- Strong knowledge of wine and beverage trends.
- The candidate will have 1 year supervisory experience from an established 4 star Hotel background.
As Bar Supervisor you will:
- Receive a salary of £18,000 plus tips.
