As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in the operation, management and overall performance of the restaurant.
- Train and develop your team to ensure performance expectations are met.
- Participate in departmental meetings by communicating a clear and consistent message regarding the departmental goals.
- Ensure excellent levels of internal and external customer relations.
- Supervise staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met.
- Work hand in hand with kitchen to deliver a high end food product.
- Ensuring compliance with all fire, licensing and employment regulations.
The ideal Assistant Restaurant Manager will:
- Have previous experience working with fine Italian cuisine.
- Worked in 4/5 star Hotel environment.
- Works currently as an Assistant Restaurant Manager.
- Have a passion for the service industry.
- Genuine passion to offer the best customer service possible
