We can help…We are recruiting Chef de Parties for the Busy seasons ahead weather you are a Head Chef looking for a bit of work on the side or a Commis Chef looking for a bit more experience and cash.
As a Chef de Partie, you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –
- Professional Chef Experience preferably
- Proven knife skills.
- Creativity and idea’s towards the industry.
- Passion and determination is a key characteristic for this role.
We pay our Chef de Parties from £8 to £11 per hour in establishments ranging from Small pubs to large 4 Star Hotels.
The Chef de Partie role will be responsible for and involve the following: –
- Carrying out responsibilities in a professional and credible manner.
- Operation of a section and meeting all standards set by the Head Chef.
- Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.
- Experience managing a variety of sections is vital
