A Chef de Partie in Pastry is required for a permanent contract working in one of the finest Michelin kitchen in the West Midlands. The Head Chef at this establishment is one of the most renowned in Europe – do you want to be part of his team?

The Head Chef is looking for a Chef de Partie Pastry that has a background in Rosettes, so if you have 1 or more this is the role for you. In fact if you have any fresh food experience in pastry then its worth applying as the Head Chef is keen to train you to Michelin standard. If you live and breathe food and nothing but perfection this is the role for you.

You will be paid a salary of £19,500 – £21,500 and you will be paid at least £6,000 a year in tips – this is a restaurant NOT a hotel so EVERYONE gets a fair share of the tips you could earn at least £27,000 a year.

As Chef de Partie Pastry you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –

– Professional Chef experience preferably in a high end or Rosette kitchen, but not essential as long as you have fresh food experience.

– Creativity and idea’s towards the industry

– Driving licence and own transport would be advantageous

– Passion and determination is a key characteristic for this role.

The Chef de Partie Pastry role will be responsible for and involved the following: –

– Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.

– Ensuring the kitchen functions within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.

– If wanted, you could have an input on the menus with our own outstanding ideas
