Chef de Partie – Majestic location – straight shifts West Midlands

A Chef de partie is required for a permanent contract working within a highly established high end Restaurant and conference venue situated between Telford and Wolverhampton.

This role is a good opportunity for someone looking to join a multi operational unit and perfect for a commis chef looking to undertake their first CDP role. On any given day you as the Chef de partie will get fantastic experience working in either one of the two established restaurant units or be part of the ever growing strong banqueting team as you serve on high profile events and weddings.

As Chef de Partie you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –

– Professional Chef working in high volume establishments.

– Creativity and idea’s towards the industry

– Driving licence and own transport would be advantageous, but not essential.

– Passion and determination is a key characteristic for this role.

The Chef de Partie role will be responsible for and involved the following: –

– Carrying out Chef de Partie duties in a professional and credible manner.

– Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.

– Ensuring the kitchen functions within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.

– If wanted, you could have an input on the menus with our own outstanding ideas
