We are looking for a Chef de partie or a strong commis to join an experienced team in a high end fresh food Gasto pub situated near to Lichfield. The Head chef has extensive experience working in Michelin star restaurants in London and has worked with some of the most famous names in the business.

Now that the Head Chef has a restaurant of his own, it is time to start making an impression and get some accolades of his own. The food is all locally sourced and only the freshest ingredients are used, if you have the passion to serve consistent high standard cuisine and work in a small kitchen full of experience, this could be the role for you.

The position on offer is a CDP however a strong Commis will be considered if you can prove your enthusiasm. The only way is up with this little gem, so it’s time to get involved! You will enjoy this working environment as you will be involved in all of the menus creation and your creative side will have the opportunity to be let loose.

As Chef de Partie you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –

– Professional Chef experience preferably in a high end or Rosette kitchen, but not essential as long as you have fresh food experience.

– Creativity and idea’s towards the industry

– Driving licence and own transport would be advantageous, but not essential.

– Passion and determination is a key characteristic for this role.

The Chef de Partie role will be responsible for and involved the following: –

– Carrying out Chef de Partie duties in a professional and credible manner.

– Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.

– Ensuring the kitchen functions within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.

– If wanted, you could have an input on the menus with our own outstanding ideas
