Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef in their Beautiful Countryside Gastro Pub. Our client has had a steady team in the kitchen over the past four years and now a position has become available for a Senior Sous Chef. The Property is looking to recruit a Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen. The kitchen is open facing and so guests will have to be great at inter-acting with customers.
- Former experience at Sous Chef level is essential
- Driver required
- Gratuities are paid on a monthly basis on top of wages
- Managing the team in the Head chefs absence
- Organised individual
- Experience of busy fresh food establishment
- Consistency required form the Sous Chef
