Chef de partie – Rosette awarded – fine dining & banqueting! West Midlands

A Chef de partie is required for a permanent contract working within a highly established multi outlet operation. My client is looking for a chef de partie who has a good background in both banqueting and fresh food restaurant service preferably at a fine dining standard.

If you come from a Rosette background you are already one step ahead.

This outstanding boutique Hotel has award winning function facilities and makes it a popular venue for Weddings and formal gatherings. When you are not impressing the bride and groom with your first class food offering you may be working in the charming Rosette restaurant serving their distinctive signature dishes that keeps the customers coming back.

All ingredients are locally sourced from the variety of meats to every last detail including the leaves and herbs!!!

Here are the highlights:

£17000 – £19000 Depending on experience.

As Chef de partie you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –

– Creativity and idea’s towards the industry

– Driving licence and own transport would be advantageous

– Passion and determination is a key characteristic for this role.

The Chef de partie you will be responsible for and involved the following: –

– Carrying out Chef de partie duties in a professional and credible manner.

– Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.

– Ensuring the kitchen functions within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.

– If wanted, you could have an input on the menus with our own outstanding ideas
