A stunning countryside property is looking for a Sous Chef to help support the Head Chef in a stunning kitchen environment. This a very busy operation but it is highly organised. The salary on offer is £30,000 per annum. The candidate must have minimum 2/3 AA Rosette experience and ideally worked at Michelin level for more than 1 year.

As a Sous Chef will be expected to be able to run the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence.

In return for your brilliant Sous Chef skills and experience, the client is offering a base salary of £30,000 in addition to benefits. This is an excellent opportunity to further test your skills and experience in a very high quality food establishment with exciting ambitions to succeed and working alongside, and developing, a strong brigade.

Live-in is available initially whilst searching for accommodation in the local area.
