A Chef de Partie is required for an ultra-high end contract catering company. This contract catering company is situated in the heart of Birmingham city centre and looking for a Chef de Partie who has worked at a high standard – minimum requirement would be a Chef de Partie who has worked with fresh food but any Rosette or Michelin Star experienced chefs would be of great interest.
You will be offered way above average for the role of Chef de Partie of £22,000 – £23,000 for just 40 hours a week work. To add to this the Chef de Partie will be working straight shifts, Monday – Friday and the shift is simply 7am – 4pm. So of course weekends off as well as every night off.
The client has highlighted that Chef de Parties from a hotel or contract catering background would be most suited. You may be help sending a huge buffet for 300 people and the next day a fine dining a 7 course taster menu – have you got the ability to do both?
You will also have Christmas off with this role due to the business levels.
