Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef in their Gastro Pub close to Rugby City Centre. The restaurant is looking to recruit a Sous Chef too support the Head Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen. All of the food is freshly prepared on site, working with the freshest of ingredients. The successful applicant will be expected to assist the Head Chef in the running of the kitchen and training of new team members.
- Former experience of busy fresh food establishments, Rosette level preferable
- Hardworking former Sous Chef with solid fresh food background
- Former experience at Sous Chef level essential
- Training new team members
- Up keeping of the already high levels of hygiene and health and safety
- My client is offering up to 28,000 per annum + tips
- Great Drive and Passion
- Driver essential
