Stratford upon Avon. The Hotel is looking to recruit an experienced Sous chef to support the Head Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen. The Hotel in Stratford-Upon-Avon is set in landscaped gardens next to the River Avon, this modern hotel is 0.4 miles from Shakespeare’s Birthplace and 1 mile from Stratford-upon-Avon train station.
- Experience in Hotels at Senior level
- Driver Required
- Experience of large Functions and Banqueting
- Managing the team in the Head Chefs absence
- Enforcing high levels of hygiene and health and safety
- Experience In Hotels and Kitchen Management
In return for your Chef Skills and experience, the client is offering a salary of £25,000 per annum and 28 days of annual holiday which grows the longer you work for the company. There is proven great speed of progression within the company for the right individual.
