You will be working a mixture of 7am – 3pm, 8am – 4pm or 10am – 6pm as the majority of the time you will be learning and working in the production kitchen under an ex Michelin Star pastry Chef.
You will be paid by the hour £8.25 – £8.50 and work a minimum of 40 hours (you will get a 40 hour contract) plus around £3,000 in tips.
