Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef in their Hotel in Stratford upon Avon.  The Hotel is looking to recruit a Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen.

Our client is looking for:

  • Keen eye for detail
  • Rosette Background
  • Experience of Conference and Banqueting
  • Managing the team in the Head Chefs absence
  • Training new team members
  • Driver preferred
  • Organized Individual able to deal with situations

My client is offering up to 27,000 per annum and 28 days of annual holiday.  There is proven great speed of progression within the company for the right individual.

 

The Hotel has a very high turnover and consists of a Restaurant and caters for Weddings, Banquets and Conferences.
