They are one of the region’s top properties and already holding multiple rosettes are now looking for an ambitious chef to push them on and to gain there coveted star. The property is constantly reinvesting in the business to improve on infrastructure and kitchen equipment.
The successful head chef will be working at a Michelin level already either as a Sous Chef or Head Chef, they will have a good stable background in high end properties and be ambitious looking to make a name for themselves in the industry.
