We have a fantastic opportunity for a current Chef de Partie or experienced Commis Chef to join a charming hotel in Lichfield.
The hotel boasts 50 plus bedrooms, a modern British style restaurant and popular wedding and events facilities.
As the Chef de partie you will oversee the preparation, cooking and presentation of meals in the restaurant, ensure strict health & hygiene standards are adhered too, and train junior members of the team.
Here are the highlights:
£15000 / £17000 based on experience.
Staff meals
40 hr contract
5 days out of 7
The Chef de partie will :
Have experience working with fresh food.
Be self-motivated and have a passion for the industry.
Flexible with working patterns.
