Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Full-time Chef in Birmingham City Center. The kitchen are looking to recruit an experienced Sous Chef too run the kitchen and support the Head Chef. The successful candidate would be required to run the kitchen producing a high standard of fresh food, placing orders, keeping immaculately clean and tidy, up keeping of all Health and Safety and minimizing waste. This is an ideal role if you are looking to have more free time and enjoy your evenings off or have a young family.

You will be required to deliver consistently excellent food to a high standard, with the key aim of retaining and attracting new customers whilst adhering to all health & hygiene and company legislation.

Our client is looking for

  • Must have fresh food experience
  • Previous experience in a high volume establishment
  • Previous experience at Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef
  • Ability to organise and run a kitchen
  • Very organised individual

Pay and benefits

My client is offering £20,000 per annum and 28 days of annual holiday with the ability to work overtime each week
