The Restaurant is looking to recruit a Sous Chef too support the Head Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen. Our client is looking for:
- Stable Background
- Computer Literate/Experience of On-line Ordering Systems
- Experience of Conferences and Banqueting
- Strong Organised Individual
- Stock takes and Ordering
- Managing the team in the Head Chefs absence
- Training new team members
- Previous Hotel/Cruise Ship Experience Advantageous
