An experienced Chef de Partie is required for a permanent contract working with a highly established & reputable hotel company, as the Chef de Partie you will be based at one of the East Midlands most popular hotels.

Due to the high profile of the company it is important that you have proven experience in a busy & high volume restaurant environment, it would be preferable if you came from a Hotel background however if you can display a good attitude and a willingness to learn you will be considered.

The client is a 4 star hotel boasting spacious rooms with all the latest mod – cons, stylish restaurant, 11 conference rooms and beautiful wedding facilities.

Being a multi outlet operation you may be expected to work weekends but working just straight shifts on a 40hr contract you can expect a good work / life balance.

As the Chef de partie you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –

– Experience in a hotel environment would be preferable however if you come from a busy restaurant environment you will definitely be considered.

– Consistently deliver a high standard food offering

– Good team work ethic

The Chef de Partie role will be responsible for and involved the following: –

– Responsible for stock taking

– Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.

– Ensuring the kitchen functions within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.

-Day to day running of the kitchen
