My client is looking for a head chef for their unique pub in the Cotswolds. This privately owned Inn is looking for a head chef to fit in with their food philosophy. All food is cooked fresh on site and all produce is sourced within 30 miles, the flour gets picked up from a mill 2 miles away by the owner. The kitchen is well kitted out with Thermomix, water baths and a brand new rational.

The successful head chef will be a good leader who will be able to bring on the team, well organised even the burger buns are mad at home so need to be on top of your prep and financially astute when developing new menus, there are targets but very achievable. The head chef will get paid £32000 for this great role where they will have a great say in all aspects.
