This stunning property has everything from a fine dining restaurant, charming, sophisticated conference and events facilities and a classy cocktail bar…The Hotel is renowned for its service, exquisite décor and their culinary offering as they use only the freshest and finest ingredients all cooked from scratch from the experienced brigade of chefs.
This is an excellent opportunity to progress at a high level, the role would suit an experienced Chef de Partie looking to work hard, develop their skills but looking for that work life balance as the Head Chef understands the importance of looking after the staff as he has recently changed the working schedule to just 4 day week consisting of 48 hrs, giving the team a better work life balance!

As Chef de Partie you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –
– Professional Chef experience preferably in a luxury Hotel environment.
– Passion and determination is a key characteristic for this role.
– Due to the location, it is required for you to have your own transport.
The Chef de Partie role will be responsible for and involved the following: –
– Carrying out CDP responsibilities in a professional and credible manner.
– Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.
– Ensuring the kitchen functions within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.
– If wanted, you could have an input on the menus with our own outstanding ideas
