An experienced Commis Chef is required for a permanent contract working within a popular Hotel based in Derby.
The hotel boasts a very popular destination restaurant and 17 meeting rooms, you will be joining a brigade of 13 Chefs who run a tight ship and due to the popularity of the hotel restaurant they are looking to add an experienced Commis Chef to support the brigade.
This is a great role for an aspiring CDP as you will join a large team with plenty of room for progression, as you will be mainly situated in the restaurant kitchen the role would suit a Chef from a high volume background as the restaurant can do very high numbers.
The contract is 45hrs and you will work mainly straight shifts with the occasional split shifts over 5 days out of 7.
This role is ideal for candidates who live near Derby, Nottingham, Burton, Stoke on trent. There are transport links that operate from these cities however if you are driving there is free parking on site.

As the Commis Chef you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –
– Experience in a hotel environment would be preferable however if you come from a busy restaurant environment you will definitely be considered.
