My client, a property recognized around the world is seeking a talented head chef for one of their great kitchens. The kitchen is cooking at a 2 rosette standard but with an executive chef along with head chefs from other outlets there is plenty of support on offer.

The head chef will need to have experience in 4* hotels, have experience managing a brigade of 8 plus chefs, cooking to 2 rosette experience is preferential. You will have a can do attitude, be great at motivating and leading your team and be comfortable talking to guests when needed
