Chef de Partie – £20000 / straight shifts West Midlands

A Chef de Partie is required for a permanent contract working in 4 star hotel based just outside of Birmingham city centre.

Our client is a large stylish Hotel with a multi outlet F&B operation that includes two fresh food restaurants, conference & events spaces for up to 600 guests & an array of out of the box themed events evenings.

This is a large operation offering the right candidates an opportunity to develop their skills at a fast pace, with constant on the job training and development potential. You will get the chance to work in all the outlets and you’re working scheduled will be planned that no two days will be the same.

Our client is looking for someone who has experience working in high volume whether it be Restaurants or hotels. The role would suit a strong Commis Chef looking for the next step or an existing CDP wanting to develop on a larger scale.

*Due to the location it is helpful if you can drive with the location accessible for anyone living in Birmingham, Nuneaton ,Tamworth , Burton Upon Trent or Coventry.*

The Chef de Partie  will be responsible for and involved the following: –

– Responsible for stock taking

– Maintaining the quality of the food produced.

-Supporting the Chef de parties with their duties.

– Ensuring clean and hygienic work place.
