Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef in Leamington Spa. The gastro Pub is looking to recruit an experienced Sous Chef too support the Head Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen.
Our client is looking for
- Strong Delegation and Communication Skills
- Experience of costing dishes
- Stock takes and Ordering
- Former experience at Sous Chef level essential
- Managing the team in the Head Chefs absence
- Training new team members
- AA Rosette Experience Preferable
Pay and benefits
My client is offering up to £27,000 per annum and 28 days of annual holiday. There is proven great speed of progression within the company for the right individual.
