My Client is looking for a Sous Chef for their Gastro Pub in Derbyshire that owns their own vehicle and has a valid driving licence. My Client is looking for a Candidate who has worked at least at 1 Rosette level, preferably 2 for at least 2 years and has true fine dining experience. In return the successful candidate will receive a Salary of 25K + tips. This is a Sous role and requires an ambitious and very career minded individual to help-push on an already very successful business. My Client is looking for a Candidate who can offer menu suggestions, new ideas and bring an all-round togetherness to the team. My client is also looking for someone with a pastry background and can help out and bring on new ideas.
