Chef de Partie – Boutique hotel with rooms – fine dining West Midlands

As a passionate Chef de Partie you will be joining an ambitious kitchen team during a very exciting time!

This lovely boutique hotel based just outside Stoke on Trent has recently changed ownership, the new Exec Chef who comes from a fine dining background is look for a chef de Partie to join the team.

The hotel has been operating for just 10 weeks and due to the instant popularity it is essential to add a chef de Partie to the brigade. The menu is 100% all made from scratch using only fresh and locally sourced ingredients, with many of the ingredients being grown on site and picked fresh on the day.

This is the ideal role for an up and coming Chef who is obsessed with serving quality food at a high standard.

The restaurant on site holds 50 covers and the team are about to open the second restaurant of 30 covers with goals of achieving 3 Rosettes.

The restaurant is open until 21:00 during the week, Fri & Sat they close at 22:00 and Sunday only serving food until 16:00.

In return for your hard work and dedication you will have a salary review every 6 months and will be put on a progression plan to develop into a Sous chef position as they plan to open another site in a year. This is an extremely ambitious team!

This role is ideal for candidates who live near Stafford, Stoke on Trent, Market Drayton.

As the Chef de partie you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –

– Experience working with fresh food

– To come from a Rosette background would be preferred however a keen attitude is always more important.

-A can do attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.

-Can display longevity within their career
