My client is looking for a head chef for their unique operation in the Worcestershire countryside. This property does no more than 20 covers an evening cooking bespoke menus for the guests. The food is of the highest standard and in a normal environment would hold a Michelin star.

The head chef will need to be well turned out for guest interaction, have cooked at 3 rosette standard during their career. Have a large repertoire of menu ideas so they can think on their feet, have a great eye for detail and an eye for detail.

The head chef will need to be able to show experience cooking to the highest standard in return the client will pay £40k a year in an environment that you can really focus on the food produced
