I have a vacancy for a Sous Chef on a 4 day contract, giving 3 days off every week, ideal for a candidate with a young family or a busy social calendar. The successful candidate must have experience of working with only fresh food and also some high volume. The role consists of following Spec’s and Recipe’s to a high standard and they will also assist the Head Chef in input to the menu options. The food produced is of a very high standard and is a unique venue and a great opportunity.
